- Each participant in all groups will be eligible for a drastically reduced Go-Journal pricing structure!
- Each group will be able to test the NEW Leader function!
- Each Church or Group will be able to register an entire Bible Study or Class with unlimited small groups and attendees!
- Each participant/attendee will have FULL access to Go-Journal Basic during the trail!
HOW much will it cost?
- $5 per participant/attendee ~ many groups put this nominal fee in the study/class registration fee
EXAMPLE:
Bible Study: Gospel of John
# of Teaching Admin Leaders: 8
Total # of Registered Users: 63 x $5 = $315 ~ a savings of $4,088.70!
HOW does it work?
It's simple! There are 5 basic steps:
1 -- Church/Organization Registers to use Go-Journal for a special study
2 -- Adminstration fills out form listing all expected attendees and groups assigned
3 -- Fee is calculated for billing and invoice is created
4 -- An information sheet is printed for EACH attendee that is given on the 1st day
5 -- Use the program for the duration of the study!
WHAT are the rules?
- MUST have at least 10 attendees in group
- (1) LEADER per group of 5 attendees will be allowed (if less call so we can discuss!) ~ a NEW feature that comes with the Prayer Journal Templates!
- MUST use Go-Journal on a regular basis
- MUST be willing to answer questions at the end of the trial period
- MUST be willing to send requests for improvements
- MUST be willing to send issues promptly, then re-test once issues have been addressed
- WILL receive Go-Journal Basic at 75% OFF the 1st year ~ a great SAVINGS!
- Leaders WILL receive Go-Journal Prayer Templates FREE ~ a SAVINGS of $14.95!
- Attendees CAN purchase Go-Journal Prayer Templates at a 30% discount for their personal use

WHAT do I need to do after I register?
- You have a few decisions you will need to make
1 -- Will you want to put the study/class material in a 'journal/book' to be included for each attendee?
If YES, then you will need to discuss this with Go-Journal's representative when they call
2 -- Will you require any customizations to the screen or process?
If YES, then you will need to discuss this with Go-Journal's representative when they call
- Decide who will be your 'Key Contact Person'
1 -- A Go-Journal representative will call the key contact person to review the program in detail
2 -- The key contact person will be the liason that will be responsible for relaying all information back to Go-Journal from suggestions, issues and other items

1. Church Registers Study
a. Each user will be charged an up-front fee of $5 ~ Priced so you have to say YES!
i.To begin you will be asked to give an estimate of # of attendees
ii.Additional attendees can always be added
b. Once Church has registered the study or class attendee registration will be done by the Admin Leader via a form that is available when church registers
c. Church or Group can create their study material in Go-Journal format and attach to each attendee for an additional fee
i. A unique option for those who wish to keep their materials organized and in their journal ~ They then have it in written format and electronic format!
ii. Creation of the material can be done by admin or other leader
iii. Creation of the material can be done by Go-Journal staff at an additional charge
iv. Making material available for each attendee will be an additional charge of $5 per attendee
d. Each attendee will be given a link to Go-Journal with their User Name/Password
i. If name of attendee is Jane Doe then her User Name would be Jane and her Password would be Doe to make it easy for everyone. They will be able to change this once they enter Go-Journal.
e. Each Leader will have special privileges
i. Can post writings, study notes or other miscellaneous items to their specific group
(1) Will be the ONLY one that can add to or edit the writings, study notes or other miscellaneous items posted
(2) Postings can have editable places for each attendee to write their notes and/or thoughts in
ii. Can post their specific prayer journal to their specific group
(1) Will be the ONLY one that can add to or edit the prayer journal
f. Most are placing the charge in the registration fee
2. At the end of the study
a. Each attendee will be given the opportunity to continue to use Go-Journal
ii. All materials will be kept inside their Go-Journal
iii. Prayer Journal Template can be purchased for their personal use at a 30% savings.
b. IF, an attendee chooses to not continue their Go-Journal subscription their login will be canceled at the end of the study and they will loose all their notes and study material.
3. Next Study
a. IF, it is chosen to be used in the next study the same process will be used BUT the up-front cost will be $12 per registered user ~ still a great savings!
b. Material Cost will be determined at time of posting
i. Funds collected will be a 70/30 split between Go-Journal and Writer
ii. Participants will be given the opportunity to purchase the electronic format
iii. Once purchased it will stay in their library for the duration of their subscription OR, it can be an optional choice for each participant to register and use.
iv. If leaders wish to publish additional material they would like to make available to the entire study they can do so and each participant will then have the opportunity to purchase the material the same way as above
v. If leaders wish to write material they want to share with their group ONLY they will be able to do so at no additional charge during the study.
4. Available Options
a. Published Written Material
i. Can be added to Go-Journal website for other to purchase
ii. Funds collected will be split between Go-Journal and Writer
iii. A contract will need to be executed for this option to go with Bible Study.
b. Custom screens and flows
i. You will be able to customize the colors and graphics to match your Bible Study or Class
ii. You will be able to hire Go-Journal to change or modify the flow of data and registration to meet your needs
iii. Pricing for custom work will be quoted
c. Written Material
i. Ability to put written questions and homework in Go-Journal that is specific to this study that will go with each registered participant.
ii. Written material can be placed inside Go-Journal by leader(s)
iii. Written material can be sent to Go-Journal for input for a set fee.
iv. Written material can be printed and bound through Go-Journal
